SHIPPING
Orders take 3-5 business days to process and ship, with the exception of holidays. Packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. If an order is lost, we can assist you in tracking your package. Rearhouse Co. is not responsible in replacing a package that is lost or stolen in the mail when shipping confirmations have been obtained. We are not liable for items damaged or lost by carrier services (USPS).


RETURNS
Please note that unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds for any of our dandelion coffee or loose-leaf teas products. Feel free to reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
