Our Dandelion Coffee is crafted to make your daily ritual both nourishing and intentional. The Original Roast carries notes of sweet graham cracker, nutty depth, and an earthy finish. It is an herbal coffee alternative roasted in the flavor tradition of coffee, yet naturally gluten-free and caffeine-free.

We source our dandelion root from the Pacific Northwest, where the herbs are carefully steamed to reduce microbes while preserving the full integrity of the plant. Each batch is then ground, roasted, and packed by hand in Brooklyn, New York, in small quantities to ensure freshness and flavor.

TO BREW
Add one teaspoon to a tea bag or fine mesh steeper. Boil 8 oz of water to 212°F then pour into vessel. Steep slowly for 10–15 minutes. Enjoy black or with a splash of milk.

How to brew

Make Tea bag

Add 1 teaspoon of Dandelion Coffee into tea bag or tea steeper

Boil Water

Boil 8 oz of water to 212°F. Pour hot water into your favorite cup.

Steep slow

Dip tea bag or steeper into water. Steep for a generous 10 minutes or so.
